Here’s a list of commonly asked questions about Bizimpro software:

Can the software be used effectively in any type of business environment?
Yes. One of the cornerstones when developing the software was to ensure that the all of the Bizimpro
packages could be used in any business environment or industry vertical. Typically, the software can be
used in the service industries, Retail, not for profit sectors (eg Government & Health Service), Banking &
Finance, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Construction and Engineering. Likewise, the software
can be used in an environment where there are multiple business locations.

Once we have identified our Objectives / KPI’s, how do we start to use Bizimpro software to
enable these objectives and targets to be implemented?
When developing the software, it was a prerequisite that each and every User was not hindered by the
technology. From a web-browser application, Users are quickly able to complete a simple pro-forma
document for each Objective. At every step, information bars are available if a User needs further clarification.
Within minutes, Senior Management are able to set targets and objectives, specify owners / champions,
determine the reporting frequency, determine who can view and / or edit the details.

Can we assess real time performance for our corporate, departmental and individual
employees objectives?
Yes. Senior Management is able to review current performance against each individual objective. These targets
and objectives could be corporate, departmental or for individual employees. From a pc or laptop anywhere
in the world, Senior Management are able to assess real time performance by simply logging on using a User
ID and password.

How will we know that we are on course to achieve our targets and objectives?
For each objective, Senior Management is able specify improvement targets, a start & finish date, a reporting
frequency, an Owner and support team, a budget and a reporting format. At any time, Senior Management
are able to see an Executive Dashboard, including a traffic light indicator for each objective, or drill deeper and
view / analyse the measurement data and action plans.

Clearly, an Executive Dashboard with a Red Light will need some form of management attention to bring the
targets and objectives back on track.

Can we use the business improvement software to measure the performance of our other
divisions and our strategic suppliers?
Yes. This is a key feature of our business improvement software. By using Satellite access, Senior
Management are able to view divisional performance, and if appropriate, the performance of strategic suppliers.
This remote access is via a permissions based administrator panel that securely controls who can gain access
to some or all of the objectives.

Will Bizimpro software offer a return on our investment?
The software is a catalyst for developing a culture of continuous improvement where Senior Management are
able to communicate, activate and automate your strategic objectives. Moreover, it links your own strategy to
measurables and action plans.

Technical Questions

What operating systems do I need in order to run the Bizimpro software?
The software is designed to run on relatively low performance machinery. Nothing too high-tech is required!
Just an Internet connection. However, we do recommend using I.E. v5.5 or Firefox 2.0 (both free to download),
Flash Player 6 (also a free download), a pc or laptop with 250MB Ram and either Windows XP / Vista or OSX.

What type of training is available?
As standard, we offer, a comprehensive on site training programme for Administrators, Senior Mangers and Users.
At the end of this period, nominated personnel will be fully versed on how to operate and control the software.

What happens if I need further technical support?
Further technical support is available via email and telephone. As standard we offer 24x7x365 server monitoring
that is checked every 120 seconds and daily back-ups of databases that are mirrored off-site for disaster recovery.

How do I ensure that our information remains confidential?
Each User has to log-on to the Bizimpro software by using a unique user id and password. In addition,
via a Control Panel, nominated Administrators can specify, by User, who can view and / or edit each Objective.

Can I remotely view the current performance of my organisation?
Yes. You are able to log on, by using your user id and password, from anywhere in the world and access
real time performance data. In addition, Users are able to remotely enter and amend data.

In which languages is Bizimpro available?
Bizimpro is currently only available in English. However other languages can be catered for upon request.

How often a new release takes place?
Typically there are minor releases that are uploaded throughout the year. These are free of charge to users.

What are the costs of upgrades?
New software patches and releases are free of charge. However to upgrade your account (i.e. increase
number of users) please see the 'Product Differentiation' sheet for a full breakdown of prices.
